VVA provided project and cost management services for Nixon Peabody’s Chicago office, a three-floor, 70,000-square-foot space designed to reflect the firm’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Key features of the project included:

  • Wood flooring throughout the reception area and conference center
  • An interconnecting staircase spanning all three floors, complemented by a custom decorative glass installation
  • An integrated multi-purpose room (MPR)/training center with two Modernfold partitions for flexibility
  • Gender-neutral restrooms to promote inclusivity
  • LEED Silver certification, demonstrating the space’s environmentally conscious design
