Santa Monica Office Expansion

VVA provided project and cost management services for the 22,000-square-foot expansion of Goodwin Procter’s Santa Monica office.

The project involved adding a second floor to the existing one-floor office, seamlessly connecting the two levels with a feature staircase. Maintaining continuity in design, the expanded space replicated the “loft-like” aesthetic established in the original office, ensuring a cohesive and modern work environment.

This expansion highlights VVA’s ability to deliver thoughtful design integration while managing the complexities of multi-floor office projects.
