VVA provided project and cost management services for Cooley LLP’s relocation from their existing Denver offices to a newly designed, 25,500-square-foot space.

The new office reflects Cooley’s innovative client base, with a modern, technology-forward design that emphasizes natural daylighting and views through the use of interior glass and strategically incorporated open-office areas.

Key features of the space include:

  • Dedicated areas for lawyers and support staff
  • A work-café with an upgraded pantry, copy area, and flexible seating
  • A client-facing conferencing center with video conference rooms, a multi-purpose/divisible conference room, boardroom, and pre-function entertainment space
  • Mother’s rooms and all-gender single-occupancy restrooms
