NYC Flagship Expansion

VVA provided project and cost management services for the 85,666 RSF expansion of a confidential digital audio streaming and media company’s New York City flagship, spanning two additional floors.

The project aimed to seamlessly blend the culture and vision of the company’s Stockholm headquarters with the dynamic identity of its New York flagship. This was achieved by aligning aesthetic design and workplace functionality with the company’s global standards while adapting to the needs of a post-pandemic work environment.

Key features of the expansion included:

• A café/warming pantry for employee collaboration and comfort
• Studio rooms to support creative production needs
• A town hall space featuring a stage for intimate concerts, events, and large gatherings
