VVA provided Project & Cost Management services for the relocation of this Confidential Class A Law Firm to its new, state-of-the-art 45,000 SF office space in Washington, D.C.

Located in DC’s government and cultural hub, the firm’s new space occupies two floors of an eight-story building, featuring offices, collaboration areas and ample social spaces for engagement; and its penthouse level, which features meeting spaces for large functions, flexible work areas, a rooftop bar, garden and outdoor terrace of the city’s landmarks.
