New York City Headquarters Build-Out

VVA provided project and cost management services for EisnerAmper’s 125,000-square-foot headquarters in New York City, delivering a dynamic workspace that spans the fifth through tenth floors.

The new headquarters features a private ground floor lobby, complete with a concierge desk and dedicated elevator, providing direct access to the upper office floors. The design emphasizes an open workspace concept, with clusters of desks and meeting rooms distributed across the floors. An open staircase connects multiple levels, creating a striking three-story atrium that fosters connectivity and collaboration.

Key amenities include:

• A dedicated amenity floor with a collapsible boardroom
• Training rooms and a café area
• An outdoor terrace equipped with seating and fitness class areas
• A uniquely designed elevator lobby

This project has received significant recognition, including the 2021 Corporate Real Estate Award for Excellence, Project of the Year (50,000 – 150,000 RSF) from CoreNet Global NYC Chapter and the 2021 Award for Excellence, Design and Construction of a New Facility from IFMA New York City.
