New York Headquarters Fit-Out

VVA provided project and cost management services for the interior fit-out of the 14th and 15th floors at Dock 72, creating a 73,000 RSF headquarters for HUGE, Inc.

The new space reflects HUGE’s innovative culture and progressive design vision, featuring:

• A rooftop terrace for outdoor collaboration and events
• A high-end café and various technical studios
• A full conference center equipped with extensive audio/video capabilities, including telepresence technology
• Open workstation areas complemented by state-of-the-art support spaces and amenities

The project required extensive planning to achieve the bold and forward-thinking design goals. The build-out also prioritized sustainability and wellness, earning both LEED Certification and Fitwel Certification.
