Los Angeles Office Renovation
VVA provided project and cost management services for Latham & Watkins’ Los Angeles office renovation in the Gas Company Tower, reimagining the space to pilot new workplace standards.
The project introduced an open-plan layout featuring workstations for all employees, including the office’s five chiefs. Key elements included huddle rooms, a variety of meeting spaces, and a café that opened onto a large terrace with a trellis, plantings, and areas for outdoor dining and lounging.
A feature staircase connected the three floors, with custom graphics conceptually representing all of Latham’s global locations. The project also involved the construction and commissioning of a new server room and was carefully executed in three phases to ensure minimal disruption.
This renovation demonstrates VVA’s ability to manage multi-phase projects while aligning with a client’s evolving workplace vision and operational needs.
