Student Commons Building

Manhattan College, a private college located in the Bronx, employed VVA’s services to manage the construction of their Student Commons building.

This new addition to Manhattan College’s campus was constructed on the site of the College’s current Waldo Avenue parking and would serve as a link between the North and South Campus. The Student Commons building houses several campus functions, including: food service, lounge, bookstore, fitness center, conference facilities, meeting rooms, office/meeting areas for student activities and student support functions. The building achieved LEED Gold.
