Lab & Office Fit-Out

VVA provided project and cost management services for Schrödinger’s 17,000 RSF lab and office fit-out in Framingham, MA, a landlord-driven project designed to support the company’s expanding operations.

VVA served as Schrödinger’s advocate and advisor, ensuring that schedule and budget objectives were met throughout the project. The team provided QA/QC oversight during the design and construction phases while closely monitoring costs and managing applications for payment associated with FF&E vendors.
