Office Expansion and Renovation

VVA oversaw the build-out and renovation of over 40,000 rentable square feet for White & Case, an international law firm, within their existing building.

The expansion space project included the creation of:

• Perimeter and interior offices
• Workstations and conference rooms
• A wine bar and reading room
• A large multi-purpose room (MPR)
• Employee pantries, a catering pantry, and other support areas

The renovation of selected areas in the existing space was completed after hours to minimize disruption to employees. This work included:

• Reconfiguration of the IT suite
• Installation of switch glass in existing conference rooms
• Renovation of a Mother’s Room
• Updates to a suite’s reception area

The entire project was completed within an accelerated six-month construction schedule and is in the process of achieving LEED certification, reflecting White & Case’s commitment to sustainability.
