Expertise in Luxury Residences: A Personal Touch to Building Dreams
At VVA, our foray into luxury homes was as unexpected as it has been gratifying. Originating from a strong foundation in corporate interiors over three decades ago, our journey into residential projects began organically—spurred by requests from corporate clients who trusted us enough to manage their personal builds. With a team led by a licensed interior designer and architect with 25 years of experience in the space, our answer was a resounding “Yes.”
Building a luxury home is deeply personal and undeniably stressful. Recognizing this, VVA approaches each project with a blend of professional rigor and personal touch. Our leadership includes RICS-certified Quantity Surveyors, ensuring meticulous attention to cost management—a rarity in residential project management. This expertise allows us to offer transparency, emotional intelligence, and a level of fiscal oversight that transforms building a home from a daunting endeavor into a delightful journey.
We take pride in our methodical planning and execution, fostering collaboration across every team to meet our clients’ unique needs and desires. Whether it’s a townhouse, a historic preservation, or a new construction, VVA is committed to delivering not just homes but dreams—on budget, on time, and beyond expectations.
