Noah Manaças

Noah Manaças serves as Director and New England Regional Lead. Noah has more than 25 years of construction management experience in both the public and private sector, where he led projects ranging from large, ground-up buildings to complex, phased, occupied interior renovations and infrastructure. Having worked for some of the largest Boston-area construction managers, Noah has experience working with corporate, life sciences, and higher education clients. He brings deep experience in pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and permitting, as well as strong relationships with the best contractors, designers, and suppliers in the local market.
