VVA provided project management services for the design and construction of multiple Viacom office locations in Manhattan and Long Island, supporting the company’s dynamic needs across production, office, and mission-critical facilities.

Additionally, the projects aimed to ensure seamless relocation and modernization of infrastructure to meet the operational demands of their various divisions.

Hudson Street Project (Manhattan):

• Production studios and edit rooms.
• Offices, open-area workstations, and conference rooms.
• Pantries and cabling infrastructure to support the relocation of Comedy Central, TV Land, and Spike TV.

Long Island Project (Hauppauge):

• Design and construction of new infrastructure for a mission-critical facility.
• Development of a 20,000-square-foot office building to enhance operations.
