Allianz Global Investors engaged VVA to manage the relocation of its New York City headquarters to 1633 Broadway, a 300,000-square-foot Class A office space.

The project included extensive renovations to accommodate Allianz’s operational and cultural needs, with key features such as:

• General office space and a 400-seat trading area
• A corporate training facility
• A new full-service kitchen and dining rooms

Complex design elements included:

• A six-story internal staircase, providing vertical connectivity across multiple floors
• A rooftop cooling tower to support the building’s infrastructure
• Upgraded HVAC and electric systems to meet the demands of a modern, high-performance office
