Jasper Gondhi Receives CoreNet New England’s Young Leader Leadership Award

We’re proud to celebrate a standout moment for VVA’s Jasper Gondhi, PE, Director, who has been named the recipient of the CoreNet New England Young Leader Leadership Award!
This honor recognizes emerging professionals who demonstrate extraordinary leadership, innovation, and impact within the corporate real estate industry. And for anyone who’s worked with Jasper, this award comes as no surprise.
At VVA, Jasper leads by example, balancing a high standard of client service with an unwavering commitment to mentorship and team development. As a director managing complex, multimillion-dollar projects, Jasper is known not only for delivering on business goals, but also for creating a collaborative and motivating environment for those around him.
His approach to project management is hands-on, strategic, and always people-focused. He ensures the needs of clients, colleagues, and industry partners are met with diligence and care, strengthening both long-term relationships and the company’s strategic direction.
“As a leader, he takes the time to sit down with the youngest members of our office and work through client needs and project demands. This kind of patience and open-door-policy has granted Assistant and Associate Project Managers the space to ask questions and stretch their wings in a way that has been conducive to their individual career paths and growth.”
Christopher Petryshin, Partner and Managing Director at VVA
“Jasper has an uncanny ability to exude grace under pressure-packed circumstances like a seasoned professional. He is an active listener, a gifted problem solver, and a trusted advisor. As far as positive role models go, Jasper is truly a North Star for other young leaders to follow, simple as that.”
Christopher Horblit, Senior Vice President at The TJX Companies
“Jasper’s ability to connect with others—whether they are new employees or seasoned professionals—helps build trust and unity within the team, driving overall success.”
Samantha Rokicsak, a VVA colleague and graduate of the 2024 CoreNet Young Leader’s program
Jasper also continues to deepen his own industry expertise. A graduate of CoreNet New England’s Young Leader Professional Development Program in 2022, he now serves on the Chapter Board of Directors Nominating Committee. His thoughtful approach to workplace strategy incorporates the latest trends and innovations to help clients design spaces where people thrive.
Outside the office, Jasper brings that same energy and compassion to his community involvement. He’s a proud rider on VVA’s Pan-Mass Challenge team supporting Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and has served on the Leadership Advisory Council at Cristo Rey Boston High School.
Whether he’s guiding a project team, mentoring future leaders, or riding for a cause, Jasper exemplifies the qualities of a true role model. We’re honored to work alongside him, and thrilled to see his contributions recognized by the CoreNet community.
Congratulations, Jasper!
