VVA Project & Cost Managers is proud to have celebrated our 30th Anniversary in 2024! A pioneering legacy

Founded by Lorenzo Vascotto and Sail Van Nostrand in January 1994, VVA emerged as one of the first independent New York companies specializing in construction Project Management and Owners Representation services. Over the years, we’ve evolved dynamically, consistently staying one step ahead of the curve while expanding our services to address market demands.

“30 years ago, the concept of project management was in its infancy. Quantity Surveying was still exclusively overseas. Today, both are integral components of any successful project. I am proud to say that VVA has helped lead the industry’s development and we have pioneered many of the tools and concepts that are widely used today” noted Vascotto.
