Global Headquarters

VVA assisted Ingram Micro with the programming, planning, construction and move into their new 215K SF global headquarters in Irvine, CA.

The new headquarters is comprised of two sites; the primary site included design and construction for a new courtyard and exterior entry, which became a prototype for the large, multi-tenant complex.

The facilities include a reception and conference center to showcase Ingram Micro’s technology product offerings, as well as an open office environment with workstations, soft seating spaces and huddle rooms for collaboration. Over 80 conference rooms equipped with state-of-the-art presentation and video conferencing equipment are distributed throughout the office space.

Project scope included decommissioning and restoration of the existing 300,000 SF facility in Santa Ana, CA.
