Office Build-Out and Relocation

VVA provided project management and move management services for the 115,000-square-foot build-out of new office space for two advertising and marketing communications agencies, MullenLowe and MediaHub.

The project included the design and construction of a three-floor build-out at Two Drydock Ave., creating flexible, creative, state-of-the-art workspaces that reflected the agencies’ culture and brands. VVA also managed the relocation of both agencies from their previous space at 40 Broad Street, as well as the restoration work required at the former location.
