Multi-Year Branch Network Refresh

VVA provided project and cost management services to Middlesex Savings Bank (MSB) for the execution of a multi-year real estate plan, which included the roll-out of approximately 20 branch locations across the metro Boston area and the Westborough office headquarters.

The goal of this initiative was to refresh MSB’s retail branch and corporate building network, modernizing and enhancing the customer experience while maintaining operations. Many of the projects involved occupied refreshes, requiring careful planning and execution to minimize disruption. VVA also provided due diligence at multiple sites to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Refreshes for branches in Bedford, Boxborough, Framingham (multiple locations), Franklin, Groton, Hudson, Littleton, Maynard, Medfield, Medway, Millis, Natick (multiple locations), Southborough, Sudbury, Wayland, West Acton, and Westford
• Significant work at Westborough headquarters, including multiple locations
