VVA provided project management services for Sony’s U.S. headquarters relocation from 550 Madison Avenue to 25 Madison Avenue in New York City, overseeing the transition to a 575,000 RSF space spanning ten and a half floors.
Sony’s goal was to create a modern, multifunctional headquarters that integrated office, retail, and production spaces while enhancing infrastructure and amenities. VVA’s scope included site selection, due diligence, lease review, and various infrastructure upgrades, including façade work and extensive interior construction.

- Production and entertainment spaces: Sound studios, a sound-isolated showroom/retail center, and a screening room.
