Building Repositioning
VVA served as the owner’s representative and project manager for the developer Enclave Equities, overseeing the complex transformation of a 6,500 SF vacant building into a fully functioning public library.
Scope of Work
- Full structural reinforcement to support the building’s new function
- Façade replacement and MEPS overhaul to modernize infrastructure
- New roof structure and membrane, raised to create a public reading room
- Interior redesign to accommodate community meeting spaces and programming
