New York Office Relocation and Build-Out

VVA provided project and cost management services for VTS’s relocation and new interior office build-out, creating a high-end workspace designed to support innovation and collaboration.

The project included:

• An interconnecting stair connecting multiple floors
• Private offices and open-plan work areas
• Conference rooms and advanced video conference rooms
• A Secret Bar/Library for a unique employee experience
• A Client Experience Center with upgraded AV capabilities
• Breakout and huddle rooms, as well as collaborative spaces
• A public assembly area adjoining the main employee café
