Employee Spotlight: Welcoming Mandy Fults to Lead the VVA Texas Team

We’re thrilled to welcome Mandy Fults, LEED AP, to the VVA team, marking an exciting milestone as she becomes our first team member based in Texas.

Mandy brings over two decades of experience in construction and owner’s rep project management, with a portfolio that spans commercial capital work, ground-up multi-residential development, healthcare, education, religious institutions, and more. She’s delivered projects for major clients such as UT Southwestern, Goldman Sachs, Aimbridge Hospitality, and the Credit Union of Texas, managing everything from tenant improvements to full-scale capital renovations and redevelopments.

Mandy launched her career at Turner Construction Company, where she developed a deep foundation in field operations, cost engineering, and project delivery. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Construction Management at Stream Realty Partners, gaining a sharp understanding of the commercial real estate landscape and refining her ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

A proud Texas A&M alum with a degree in Construction Science and an MBA from the University of Houston’s Bauer College of Business, Mandy also holds a leadership development certification, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and is OSHA 30-Hour Certified.

As she leads VVA’s expansion into Texas, Mandy brings not only the technical expertise to manage high-performing projects, but also the leadership, energy, and local insight that make her a perfect fit for our growing team. We’re excited to see what’s ahead.
