VVA Rides for a Cause: 4th Annual Pan-Mass Challenge

During the first weekend of August 2025, the VVA Riding Team hit the road for our fourth consecutive year participating in the Pan-Mass Challenge—a 160-mile bike-a-thon across Massachusetts that raises critical funds for the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

This year, our seven VVA riders were joined by eight industry friends, pedaling from start to finish over two days and crossing the Provincetown finish line to cheers from coworkers, family, and friends.

The Pan-Mass Challenge has become more than just a ride for us—it’s a tradition and a cause close to our hearts. As a team, VVA has set an ambitious goal to raise $100,000, with 100% of every rider-raised dollar going directly to patient care and groundbreaking research in oncology, pathology, and immunotherapy. At the time of this post, we have raised $98,015—our highest total yet.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this possible: those who attended our New York City Cocktail Hour in June, our Boston Golf Tournament in July, and all the friends, colleagues, and sponsors who donated to our ride. Most importantly, we thank our riders for their months of training, dedication, and fundraising: Carli Cabana, Noah Manacas, Bill Muzzio, Allie Muzzio, Kevin Gold, Chris Petryshin, Ian White, Philipp Spath, Scott De Santis, Margaret Desmond, Jay Black, Joanna Nipitella, Patrick Dwyer, Erol Tanercan, and Richard Walz.

Thanks to you, the 2025 VVA PMC Team achieved our most successful fundraising year yet in support of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
