Jesse Kaiss

Jesse Kaiss serves as Director in the D.C. Office, has over 18 years of experience in construction Project Management, and brings an unparalleled focus on client success to his work. Jesse has extensive experience managing and completing complex construction projects on time and within budget. He has mastered skills in project design and development; construction administration, budgeting and financial management.

Prior to joining VVA, Jesse was a Project Manager at the University of Maryland Medical Center where he managed over 65 of their projects over ten years. Jesse began his career working as a laborer and carpenter at Andrews Air Force Base completing dormitory renovations and for a 120 unit dormitory on the base and assisted from demolition to completion and punchout activities. Additional projects involved renovations of a single story and 2 story office building located on base. Prior to this, Jesse also worked as an industrial hygienist where he was certified as an asbestos inspector and he oversaw mold, lead, and abatement projects.
