Matt Denaburg

Matt Denaburg serves as Director and South Regional Lead. With over a decade of experience as an owners representative in the real estate and construction industry, Matt brings a unique perspective to the table and drives value within each of his projects. His experience includes multiple large scale public and private real estate projects in the mixed-use environment, Higher Education, K-12, Industrial (automotive), and sports and entertainment sectors.

Matt’s background in accounting and business administration along with his diverse project experience have provided him the ability to effectively manage the project life cycle. From managing the details of the budget to being able to achieve problem resolutions quickly, Matt is a champion for your project and enjoys leading and being a part of high impact teams. Managing the budget, schedule, quality, and identifying and mitigating risks, is Matt’s bread and butter. Prior to joining VVA, Matt represented clients as the Owners Representative from various market sectors throughout the United States.
