Pilar Illueca serves as Director and Miami Office Lead. With over a decade of experience as a Project Management Executive, Pilar has extensive experience managing ground up and interior projects in-house and as a third party for a diverse number of clients ranging from small businesses to large corporations. Pilar is focused on understanding the needs and challenges each project demands and delivering the best solutions for her clients. She is highly effective in strategic planning, coordination and execution whether it is for large scale renovations of luxury homes, or full scale commercial interior buildouts for Class A and mixed use spaces for large corporations.

Her experience managing large teams and numerous projects simultaneously comes with a wealth of local knowledge of the Design and Construction industry in Florida spanning many sectors such as Higher Education, Technology, Law, Financial, Retail, Life Science & Residential.
