Office Build-Out


 

VVA managed the design and construction of a 96,000 SF fit-out for this global consulting firm in the Financial District of Boston.

The new space brought together two offices with several teams in Boston and Waltham, and was designed to unify the team and enhance their experience in the office. It featured a mix of workstations, private offices and team rooms, open and closed huddle spaces, phone booths, and a client center with training spaces. The amenities distributed across the three floors connected with a new interconnecting stair included several coffee/tea bars with pantries, a brewery and a barista, and a central serving cafeteria. Additionally, a mother’s suite, an IT bar, gender neutral restrooms, showers and lockers, and wellness rooms further enhanced the space experience.

VVA directly managed the design team, general contractor, and all owner vendors including IT, AV, Security, Furniture, Artwork, Signage, and Planting. VVA also managed the decommissioning of both of their old offices in Boston and Waltham, and the moves from these locations to the new office.

The project has been submitted for LEED Gold and Fitwel certification.

In addition to this project, VVA is also actively managing multiple projects for this client across the US, with recently completed projects in New York City and Los Angeles.
